Hot Dip Galvanizing is a unique process. When clean steel is immersed into molten zinc, a series of zinc-iron alloy layers are formed by a metallurgical reaction between the iron and zinc, providing a robust coating which is an integral part of the steel.
The present invention provides a method of coating a radiator for a hot dip galvanized transformer. According to the present invention, in painting the hot-dip galvanized radiator, the foreign matter inside the hot-dip galvanized radiator and a cleaning step using a vacuum; A coating material impregnating step of impregnating the inside of the cleaned radiator with a coating material; A phosphate-zinc-based coating step of forming a coating layer by coating the phosphate to react with zinc plated on the outer surface of the radiator after stagnating the impregnated coating material; A first drying step of naturally drying the phosphoric acid-zinc-based coating layer to remove moisture contained in the outer surface of the radiator; A coating step of coating the undercoat and the top coat on the dried coating layer; And a second drying step of naturally drying the undercoat and top coat.
